Research Grant Announcement
The Transferware Collectors Club has received a commitment from the Paul and Gladys Richards Charitable Foundation to establish a $5,000 annual grant to support research focused on British transferware produced from 1760 to 1900. Learn more

Enniskerry in County Wicklow, Ireland from the "Hibernia" series by John Wedge Wood (1841-1860) is found on an 8.12 inch plate. Hibernia is the classical Latin name for Ireland. An uncommon series of scenes by an unknown maker, possibly Scottish, the subject of which has not been identified although they may well be from a novel.
